Thanksgiving Point

We went to The Barn at Thanksgiving Point last week when the weather was perfect and it was so much fun! We were originally going to see the tulips at the Tulip Festival, but changed our minds and were glad we did.

She's such a goof ball. Right after I took this she smiled at the camera and said "cheese!"

She loved showing me all the big horses and learned what they say.

We saw piglets that she wanted to touch so bad. She does the cutest little "oink" ever now!
She played in the little jail house and broke out pretty quickly through the opening by the wall.

Her favorite animals were the bunnies. They were adorable!! I totally would have taken one home for her, but they weren't for sale.

She even got to ride a pony for her first time and was quite the natural little cowgirl! The first one we rode was great and she talked and laughed the whole time. The second time around we got a different pony, which started to BUCK HER as soon as we started! Now I mean full on bucking her 3 or 4 times! Good thing I was holding on to her because I picked her off that thing so fast and we were done. She got kind of scared and started to cry a little. I know I should have let her calm down and ride a different one so she didn't leave terrified of ponys, but we were pretty much ready to leave. As I walked away the girl running the ponies said "Oh yeah, you're supposto walk by that one's head". Um, would've been nice to know BEFORE I put my BABY GIRL on it!!

Anyway, she loved the cows and thought it was so funny to be face to face with one.
Love this picture!!

When we were ready to go, Grandma bought her this little toy horse and I got her some farm animal bath toys. All in all, a very fun day!!! I can't wait to take her to the zoo now!
