Discovery Gateway Children's Museum

Okay, so I'm really behind on blogging and the next few posts will be from a while ago.

We went to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum with Ben's Aunt Sharon and her girls a few weeks ago and had so much fun! Kylee was in heaven and got to just touch and play with everything she saw.

The first thing we did was play with a bunch of pit balls and pressurized tubes. She loved putting them in the holes and watching them slide down to the bottom.
Then we found the pressurized ones like at the bank drive up.

She caught up pretty quick and figured out how to do it all by herself.

Next we went over to the little house/town where there was a fire truck she just had to ride. Anytime she sees something that looks like a car, she has to jump in it.
The play kitchen was her favorite.
Of course she went right to the pan and utensil. No matter where she is, she always finds the toy pan and a utensil.

She also really loved the water station. Anytime she can play in water and she's there.

The toddler area was nice because there was a lot of stuff she could climb on and play in without all the big kids.
The little turtle costume was darling and she thought she was pretty cool wearing it.

Later we went over to the craft room where we learned about frogs. Kylee loved helping the girl read the book.
After storytime she got to make a cute little frog craft with pom-pom balls. Who wouldn't love that?!
The grocery store was a big hit. She immediately went straight to the "nana" and carried it around most of the time.

Ky bug driving the farm truck.
I just had to put this little cow costume on her and she actually kept it on for a long time!!!
So stinkin' cute!

After being a cow, she headed over to the garden and pick a carrot and rearrange the vegetables.

Last, but not least, we rode the great big horse!!
We had so much fun at the Children's Museum and can't wait to go back!

  1. It looks a lot like the Treehouse Museum in Ogden, which my girls LOVED. You will have to take her there also.
