The last weekend of July we went camping up at Moon Lake in the Uintas with Ben's family. It was SO BEAUTIFUL!! I had my fingers crossed I wouldn't go into labor since it was 3 hours from home with no cell service and I was 38 weeks pregnant. Luckily little Colton stayed put.
Kylee LOVED going for rides in the canoe, even though she fell out once. She and Ben were in one together and she was reaching over the side grabbing floating sticks as they went by. She leaned over just a little too far and went head first into the lake. She was under the water a couple seconds and when her head came up she was a little shocked. the wave from her falling in pushed the canoe about 10 feet away from her. She was crying because she was a little scared, but mostly she was cold. Ben paddled closer and she started swimming towards him. When they came to shore she was all wet and told me she went swimming in the lake like a fish. She was totally fine and even went in the canoe a few more times that trip. My little trooper!!

Oh yeah, SHE CAUGHT A FISH ALL BY HERSELF! She hooked it and reeled it in while her dad smiled from ear to ear.
All tuckered out from a long day of fishing and fun! She cuddled up with her daddy and fell asleep by the fire.
The next morning being silly after waking up.

Here's the video of Kylee's first time catching a fish. It was just her and Ben in the boat so he was filming and helping her at the same time.
