Ky's Baby

Kylee LOVES her brother. She loves to have him lay in bed with her and he honestly loves it too. He can be fussy and if we lay them next to each other in her bed, he calms down. Nights when Ben is working and I'm doing the night time routine on my own, I read to both of them in her bed and he just listens to my voice looking around. If he is moving around and touches her she'll giggle and move his hand. (These are from when he was only a couple weeks old, but I forgot to post them and they're super cute.)


She had a great idea and put her doll Baby Abby in bed with them.

Now she had both of her babies in bed with her.


Sweet little story I want to remember from just after we brought him home:
Ben grabbed a fly swatter to get a fly that was by Colton on the couch. Kylee thought he was going to hit Colton with it and threw herself in front of the baby yelling at her dad, "NO DAD!! Don't smack my baby brudder!! NO!!" It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. She definitely is protective of the little guy. If he's fussing and she thinks I'm taking too long to get to him she'll say, "Mom, go get him. Go get my brudder. Colton's crying."
