December 2nd: Festival of Trees

I haven't been to the Festival of Trees in YEARS so that's what we did for our second activity this month. I decided that in future years I am going to bid on a tree each year for my house. I'll have my star tree for the family one and the festival tree for the formal one. I would love to get a different one each year that goes to a good cause. And what better cause than Primary Children's Hospital?!

But I'm glad she was able to get a little nap in before we got there. I guess she tired herself out getting so excited!

This Care Bear one was really cute.

She was loving being able to check out everything and everyone around her. She is quite the people watcher!

Afterwords we went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch and one of the employees gave Kylee a balloon. I didn't realize she had never played with one before.

She thought it was pretty cool!

She loved to shake it and laughed so hard when I'd bonk it on my head.

She even started screaming and shaking it because it was so much fun. I didn't feel bad she was being loud, Chick-Fil-A isn't exactly a nice sit down restaurant.
